We are hiring for the E-Commerce Back Office & Voice Process team. This blended role combines direct customer support with backend administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
Voice Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries regarding order tracking, shipping delays, refunds, and product details.
Back Office Operations: Maintain accurate digital records, verify data, correct system errors, and log all communication details into the CRM system.
Team Coordination: Work alongside the logistics and internal teams to quickly resolve escalations and complex delivery issues.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream.
Language: Fluent Hindi (excellent verbal skills) + Conversational English is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Good typing speed (Minimum 30 WPM with 85% accuracy)
Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹26,500 CTC per month (depending on experience level and assessments)
