Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients (US/UK/Aus) and resolve customer queries professionally.
Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
Communication: Maintain high-quality communication standards and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores are met.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and process details in the CRM.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) / Undergraduates / Graduates.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English (fluency and neutral accent).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude.
