🕘 Shift: 9 Hours (Including 1 Hour Break)
📆 Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week-Off
🌙 Shifts: Rotational (Night Shift Included)
🚖 Cab Facility: Available for Night Shift Employees

🧾 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Document customer interactions and follow resolution processes
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Maintain professional communication at all times

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Good Hindi communication skills required
• Basic English understanding needed
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
