Customer Support Associate – Banking Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualification: 12th / Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to eligibility.
Salary Details
- 0–12 months experience: ₹2,56,465 CTC per annum (₹16,169 per month in hand).
- 12+ months experience: ₹2,87,241 CTC per annum (₹18,734 per month in hand).
- 24+ months experience (TUC, SBI & Axis): ₹3,21,710 CTC per annum (₹21,328 per month in hand).
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a Banking Voice Process. Candidates must have good English communication skills and be comfortable handling customer calls. Knowledge of Hindi or any regional/native language (Kannada ,Tamil , Malayalam )is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
- Communicate clearly in English and the customer's preferred language, wherever applicable.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and scheduled breaks.
- Stay updated with process knowledge and daily operational updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or graduate in any discipline.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Hindi and other native/regional languages are welcome.
- Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and basic computer knowledge.
- SVAR score of 48 or above, as required by the selection process.
Work Schedule
- Total login time: 10 hours.
- Production time: 9 hours.
- 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs.
shift timing : Male :- 8am-11pm ( any 10hr)
Female :- 8am- 8pm (any 10hr
