🚀 We're Hiring – Inbound Customer Support Executive

🏢 Company: Tatwa Technologies Ltd.

Position: Inbound Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (In-hand)

Shift Window: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)

Week Off: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Accurately update customer information and call details in the system.

Eligibility:

Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.

Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
