Job Title : Executive-customer support (Voice)

Company : Thinksynq Solutions

Location : Ekkattuthangal, Chennai

Language : Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada

Salary : ₹13,000- ₹17,000 per month (take-home) Based on communication

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, English and other languages

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information and support to customers

- Meet productivity and quality standards

- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and other languages
