Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to support end users by handling service requests, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints in a professional manner
Provide timely and effective support to customers as per defined processes
Log, track, and resolve issues through the help desk system
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Send and respond to emails related to customer support and service updates
Attend team meetings and coordination calls as required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality servic
