Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The role involves interacting with patients, resolving queries, and managing appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers/patients
Provide accurate information about doctor schedules and hospital services
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments via web portal
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain records of interactions in CRM systems
Respond to queries in a structured format

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (Science graduates preferred)
0 to 3 years of experience in customer service
Fluency in English and Hindi
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 CTC

Workdays: 6 days a week (Rotational week off)

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
