Customer Support Executive

We looking for Customer Service / Support Executive (Renewal process) at Star Health Insurance in Koramangala, Bengaluru.

📌 Eligibility:

• Qualification: 12th / Any Degree

• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Tele Sales, Tele Calling, or BPO Voice Process

• Languages: Tamil / Telugu / Kannada and English voice process ( Anyone with English )

• Salary: Up to 30K Take home with Up to 35K Take home.

💼 Job Role:

• Contact existing customers regarding policy renewals

• Assist customers with premium payments and policy-related queries

• Maintain customer records in CRM systems

• Achieve monthly renewal and retention targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
