Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and fluent English-speaking International Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our USA-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US customers.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• Neutral or American accent preferred.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email handling).

• Ability to work in night shifts and rotational offs.

• Positive attitude and team-working ability.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

• Prior BPO / International Call Center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
