Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
