Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, tracking shipments, updating reports, and providing support related to logistics operations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 (in-hand)
Shift: Day Shift 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and polite manner.

• Track and monitor daily shipment status.

• Coordinate with co-loaders and teams for timely updates.

• Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.

• Update and maintain MIS reports regularly.

• Do booking and data entry in in-house software.

• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and internal teams.

• Share timely shipment updates with clients.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and communications.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).

• 1 to 6+ years of experience in customer support or logistics.

• Basic knowledge of logistics/shipment process is preferred.

• Good communication skills (spoken and written).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
