About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across different communication channels.
Role & responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat support.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services in a professional manner.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, sales, etc.) for order status, replacements, and refunds.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel/Shopify.
Ensure follow-up with customers for query closure and feedback.
Escalate unresolved issues to the senior team when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with Madurai location preferred with age group of 23 to 35
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0-3 years of experience in customer support/tele-calling/CRM handling.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (added advantage).
Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
