Job Overview

Digitide is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Telecom Inbound Voice Process. We are looking for customer-focused professionals who can effectively handle inbound customer interactions while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

- Assist customers by addressing queries and providing accurate information related to Airtel Telecom services.

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives.

- Experienced Candidates: ₹19,000 per month + Performance Incentives.

- PF (Provident Fund) as per company policy.
