Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Hyderabad

Location: Shott Amusement Limited - Unit-2 Orwell Block, Ground floor, Sattva Knowledge City, Silpa Gram Craft Village, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500081

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service

• Explain and demonstrate games confidently to customers

• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately

• Ensure customers have a fun, engaging, and positive experience

• Maintain professional grooming and workplace discipline

Shift Timings (Rotational Shifts):

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important Information:

• Candidates must be comfortable working in all shifts during the first 15 days of joining

• 9-hour shift with 1 weekly off

• Weekends and public holidays are mandatory working days

• Standing work profile
