We are seeking friendly, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented Customer Support Associates to join our growing support team in Bangalore. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them troubleshoot and resolve queries related to our video analytics and fleet tracking solutions.
● Provide prompt and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
● Troubleshoot technical issues related to Lytx’s video analytics systems, apps, and devices.
● Guide customers in understanding and using Lytx tools and platforms effectively.
● Document all customer interactions and feedback in CRM tools.
● Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring follow-through until resolution.
● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
● Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and suggest service improvements.
Requirements:
● Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Higher
● Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years in customer support roles are welcome
● Age Limit: Up to 35 years
● Skills:
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
○ Good problem-solving and listening skills
○ Basic technical understanding of apps, devices, and software platforms
○ Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
● Personality:
○ Patient, empathetic, and customer-first attitude
○ Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
○ Willingness to learn and adapt
● Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 (Based on experience and interview)
