Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally.
Address and resolve customer queries, issues, or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet or exceed performance and quality targets set by the company.
