### Role: Customer Care Associate

🕘 Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

### Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally.

• Provide accurate information about Lytx's video analytics products and services.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as necessary.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus)
