🔹 Role: Customer Service Executive

📍 Location: Bangalore

🕒 Experience: 1–6 years

📅 Employment Type: Full-time

💰Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand (Based on last drawn)

🕝Shift:

Females: 10 AM – 7 PM

Males: 12 PM – 9 PM

As a Customer Service Executive at Shaadi.com, you’ll be the voice of our brand supporting our members, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience. Your empathy, patience, and communication skills will help users on their journey to finding a life partner.

🔧 Responsibilities:

✅ Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email

✅ Guide users through the platform and assist with profile creation

✅ Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up when needed

✅ Work closely with internal teams to improve the user experience

Requirements:

📌 Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

📌 Prior experience in customer service is a plus

📌 Graduate degree preferred

📌 Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
