Role: Customer Support Associate

Experience: 6 months – 5 years (Freshers with graduation welcome)

Location: Bangalore (Silk-board) In-office | Rotational shifts (Females No Night Shift)

Salary: 3LPA-to 5.5LPA

What you’ll do:

• Handle customer queries via calls & emails

• Resolve issues with a customer-first approach

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution

• Maintain records using CRM tools

Requirements:

Excellent communication in English & Hindi•
Strong problem-solving skills
PUC & above ( Graduation mandatory for freshers )
Tech-friendly and quick learner
