Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our support team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who've shown interest but haven't completed their purchase, and for those awaiting delivery confirmation — turning drop-offs into orders and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers who abandoned their cart or sign-up process and guide them to complete their purchase

• Handle objections professionally using provided scripts and product knowledge

• Follow up on orders to confirm delivery details and reduce return-to-origin (RTO) instances

• Log call outcomes and customer feedback in the admin/CRM system

• Coordinate with the WhatsApp outreach flow for cart recovery follow-ups

• Meet daily/weekly targets for recovered carts and confirmed deliveries

Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi and comfortable with Hinglish phone conversations

• Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service preferred

• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or telecom/mobile parts industry

• Familiarity with objection-handling in sales calls
