Job Summary
Rupeek is looking for customer-centric professionals to join its Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer concerns.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Meet defined service quality and productivity standards.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or related domains.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
1. Hindi + English + Tamil
2. Hindi + English + Telugu
3. Hindi + English + Kannada
Note: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory for all positions. Candidates must additionally be fluent in either Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
