Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, communication, and follow-ups.
Coordinate end-to-end loan processing and documentation for customers.
Manage timely payment follow-ups and maintain customer financial records.
Handle the possession process and conduct pre-handover site inspections.
Maintain CRM data, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred in business or real estate-related fields)
Experience: 2–3 years in CRM or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector
Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (written & verbal)

Possession & site inspection management
CRM software (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce) and Excel/Google Sheets
Personality: Pleasant, professional, well-groomed, and client-focused
