Customer Support Executive – Escalations (Home Beauty Services)
Company: Resume Hubs
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 / month
Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working
Languages: Fluent English & Kannada (Mandatory)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Graduate required)
Responsibilities:
Handle calls, live chats, and emails to resolve customer complaints and queries.
Address service escalations for at-home salon treatments (waxing, facials, cleanups, manicures, pedicures, hair spa, styling, threading, makeup).
De-escalate upset customers with polite, empathetic, and effective solutions.
Log all customer interactions, follow-ups, and tickets accurately.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to fix complex service issues.
Meet daily targets for response times, CSAT, and first-contact resolution.
Requirements:
Any Graduate with 6–12 months of voice/chat customer support experience (BPO/salon/service background preferred).
Fluent in spoken and written English and Kannada.
Basic knowledge of salon treatments and customer grievance handling.
Interview Note: Candidates should prepare to answer common questions regarding salon/home beauty services and how to handle customer escalations via chat and call.
