Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with game zone services and activities
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner
Guide customers on game rules, offers, memberships, and ongoing promotions
Coordinate with operations and technical staff to resolve game or machine-related issues quickly
Manage bookings, tickets, and billing at the counter (if required)
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the customer service area
Record daily customer interactions and report issues/escalations to the supervisor
