Role: L1 Technical Support Executive

Gross Salary: ₹20,000 per month
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (L1 Technical Support) to handle technical queries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver high-quality support experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and prior customer support experience.
Handle 35–40 customer calls per day and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Offer L1-level technical support to users across Windows and Mac operating systems.
Troubleshoot basic system, software, and OS-related issues.
Maintain detailed call logs, issue status, and resolution updates.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.
Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience (mandatory).
Ability to communicate in English and Hindi (intermediate level).
Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and general computer operations.
Ability to speak any South Indian language is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
Ability to meet daily call and resolution targets.
