Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an International Voice Process in Chennai.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding their concerns, providing suitable solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and provide support.
Understand customer queries and resolve issues.
Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance requirements.
Identify common customer issues and share feedback with the team.
Skills Required
Good English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Windows computers.

Ability to work independently.
Eligibility
High School / 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduation or equivalent.
