Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines
Proper call documentation and system updates
(This is a NonSales, Inbound Voice Process)
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: HSC
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
Minimum 6 year experience in customer service / voice process preferred
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Shift & Working Details
Working Days: 6 days working
WeekOffs: 1 rotational week offs
Salary & Benefits
Salary:10,000 – 15,000 per month
