Job Summary:

A Telecaller / Customer Support Executive is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers over the phone, explaining loan and finance products, responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, and assisting customers throughout the application process. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain accurate customer records.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Receive inbound calls and answer customer inquiries.

• Explain available loan and finance products clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

• Follow up with interested customers until the application is completed.

• Coordinate with the internal sales or loan processing team.

• Collect basic customer information and update it in the system.

• Maintain daily call reports and customer records.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling or lead conversion targets.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills:

• Good verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and preferably basic English.

• Clear pronunciation and polite telephone etiquette.

• Active listening skills.

• Confidence while speaking with customers.

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.

• MS Word and MS Excel basics.

• Email handling.

• Internet browsing.

• Data entry.

• CRM software knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).

Customer Service Skills:

• Customer handling.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Patience while dealing with customers.

• Follow-up and relationship management.

• Ability to handle objections professionally.
