Customer Support
Attend inbound customer support calls and respond professionally
Listen carefully to client queries and understand issues
Provide prompt and accurate solutions
Technical Assistance
Support customers by accessing their system through remote desktop tools
Guide clients in using software and resolving operational queries
Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required
Client Interaction & Service
Maintain polite, calm, and helpful communication with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution
Maintain records of support calls and issues handled
Documentation & Coordination
Record customer issues, feedback, and resolution details
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary
Good computer and internet proficiency
Basic understanding of software usage and troubleshooting
Strong listening and communication skills
Willingness to help customers and solve problems
Calm and patient approach while handling queries
