Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior sales experience to handle client communication, understand customer requirements, provide appropriate support, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, queries, and follow-ups professionally.

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about our legal services.

• Follow up with leads and prospective clients through calls and messages.

• Convert qualified leads into clients by using effective sales and communication skills.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with the concerned legal/operations teams to resolve client queries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned customer support and sales targets.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in customer support, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.

• Fluent Kannada is mandatory, preferably a local Kannada-speaking candidate.

• Good communication skills in Kannada and English.

• Prior sales experience with lead conversion and follow-up will be preferred.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.

• Candidates who are target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
