Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Delight Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer escalations, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while coordinating with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Provide support through calls, emails, and ticketing tools
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Guide and support junior customer support team members
Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants
Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
4 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
Experience in handling escalations and customer relationship management
Knowledge of CRM or Freshdesk is preferred
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Graduation preferred
