We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive who enjoys solving customer concerns and delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants.

Job Summary

As a Customer Delight Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience through timely issue resolution and effective communication. You will work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns, maintain service quality, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and service requests through calls, emails, and Freshdesk.

• Provide timely support to property owners and tenants.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.

• Track and follow up on customer complaints until closure.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Freshdesk.

• Communicate updates professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Escalate critical issues to the concerned departments when required.

• Build strong relationships through proactive communication.

• Ensure all customer requests are resolved within the defined timelines.

• Contribute towards improving customer experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success.

• Experience working with Freshdesk or any CRM tool is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Hindi. Kannada is an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-first attitude with a positive and professional approach.
