Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries across voice and chat channels in a timely and professional
manner.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as per business requirements.
Qualifications
• Graduation in any stream(Full/Part-time)
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support through chat and call, preferably in the tech
industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with the Android ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
