Job Summary

PP Karting is looking for an energetic, friendly and responsible Customer Service Executive to assist customers and support daily operations at our indoor go-karting facility. The candidate should provide excellent customer service, explain karting packages and safety rules, manage customer enquiries and ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Explain karting packages, pricing, session timings and available offers.

• Assist customers with registration, ticket booking and billing.

• Answer customer enquiries in person and over phone or WhatsApp.

• Explain safety instructions and ensure customers follow all karting rules.

• Coordinate with track marshals, cashiers and operations staff for smooth sessions.

• Manage customer queues and inform guests about waiting times.

• Handle customer complaints calmly and provide suitable solutions.

• Encourage customers to leave Google reviews and follow PP Karting on Instagram.

• Promote current offers, group bookings, birthday packages and corporate packages.

• Maintain accurate booking, customer and payment records.

• Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas remain clean and organised.

• Report operational, safety or customer-related issues to the Branch Manager.

• Support opening and closing procedures of the branch.

• Perform other customer-service and operational duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Intermediate, Diploma or Graduate qualification.

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, gaming, entertainment or mall operations.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of computers, billing systems and WhatsApp communication.

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused personality.

• Ability to handle customers professionally during busy periods.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Candidates residing near Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Miyapur or surrounding areas will be preferred.

Working Conditions
