Customer Support Executive – Collections (Voice Process)

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Voice Collections process at our Gurgaon office. This is a full-time, permanent role with fixed salary and incentives.

• Location: DLF City, Gurgaon

• Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

• Openings: 75

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate

• Minimum 1 year experience in any collections process

• Good English & Hindi communication skills

Interview Process

• AMCAT + Versant Assessment

• Voice Versant: 60 & 25

• Typing Test: 90

Salary & Benefits

• CTC up to ₹5.8 LPA

• In-hand salary approx. ₹39,379 per month

• MIV incentive ₹3,500

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls related to collections

• Follow up on pending payments and resolve queries

• Maintain accurate customer and call records

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

• Follow process and compliance guidelines

Working Days & Shift

• 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs

• Rotational shifts
