Job Description:
We are seeking a fluent Chinese Speaker to support business communication, client coordination, and internal operations involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong language proficiency along with excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate smooth interaction between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) with clients, partners, and internal teams
Translate and interpret business communications, emails, documents, and meetings
Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders to support ongoing projects
Assist sales, operations, or management teams in handling China-based or Chinese-speaking clients
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Support cross-cultural communication and ensure clarity in all interactions
Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups as required
Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
Good command of English
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (language-related qualifications preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in translation, client handling, or international coordination is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international clients
Understanding of Chinese business etiquette and culture
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or business communication platforms
