Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Mira Road (Work From Office)
Experience: Fresher / 0-1 Year (Training will be provided)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Salary- Up to 15k in hand +PF & ESIC (Subject to interview & docs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations Executive (Fresher) to join our FI Payments Operations team. The role involves handling end-to-end Financial Institution transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with RBI, NPCI, and banking guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle transaction failures, chargebacks, refunds, and exception handling.
2. Follow SOPs strictly and ensure compliance with RBI & NPCI guidelines.
3. Support senior team in audit, documentation, and month-end activities.
4. Escalate critical issues / suspicious transactions to the team lead on time.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
1. Qualification: Graduate - B.Com / BBA / BMS / BAF or any graduate with interest in finance.
2. Fresher can apply - Must have basic knowledge of banking / payments.
3. Basic to Intermediate MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot will be a plus)
4. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
5. Good communication and email writing skills.
Work Timing: [8 am to 4.30 pm / 12.30pm to 9 pm / Rotational Shifts]
