Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Service with excellent knowledge of social media platforms. The candidate should have good communication and convincing abilities, along with basic computer knowledge and internet research skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through social media platforms.
Maintain and update the lead database.
Make outbound calls to generate business opportunities.
Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Required Skills:
Basic computer proficiency.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Any Field.
Ability to handle customer calls effectively.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
Good internet research and web browsing skills.
Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
