Job Summary : We are hiring Customer Support Executives to manage inbound calls and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in any regional languages and professional English, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities : Handle

• inbound customer calls and provide prompt and professional support.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

• Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam language and professional English (spoken & written).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (training will be provided).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of customer service tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk is an advantage.

Salary : As per industry standards
