Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Tata AIA (Email & Voice Process)
About the Role
We’re hiring for the Tata AIA Customer Service process, handling email and voice support. Candidates must have good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email and voice channels.
Provide accurate product/policy information and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records of all interactions and follow company compliance.
Eligibility
Education: HSC / Graduate (any stream)
Versant Score 5 – Mandatory
Good communication (English & Hindi) and typing skills
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Shift Timings
Voice: 7 AM – 10 PM (Day Rotational, Male & Female)
Email:
Male – 24/7 Rotational
Female – 7 AM – 9 PM
💰 Salary
Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC / ₹21,000 In-hand
Experienced: ₹28,500 CTC / ₹25,000 In-hand
📅 Training
Duration: 18 to 22 days (Paid)
