💼 Role: Soft Collection Executive (Voice Process)

⏰ Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 10:30 AM, Rotational)

📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Offs

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for soft collections.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while assisting customers with payment-related queries.

Update customer accounts accurately in the system.

Achieve daily/weekly collection targets and maintain quality standards.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Education: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (BPO / Non-BPO) welcome

Age Limit: Up to 39 years

Excellent spoken English & communication skills required.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹32,000 (In-Hand)

Incentives: Up to ₹3,000 (Performance + Attendance)
