Job Description: Customer Service Associate (Amazon Process)
We are looking for dynamic, quick-thinking, and empathetic individuals to join our International Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the face (and voice) of one of the world’s most customer-centric companies, handling both Voice and Chat interactions for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Support: Handle inbound customer queries via high-quality International Voice calls and Real-time Chat interfaces.
Problem Solving: Resolve issues regarding order tracking, refunds, payment discrepancies, and account management for the Amazon platform.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
Tech-Savvy: Ability to multitask between multiple chat windows and internal tools simultaneously.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume during peak seasons.
Education: Graduate in any stream

shift Timing - 9am to 5pm and 12pm to 9pm
Day shift
