Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions or timely escalations.
Process Management: Maintain high standards of quality, response time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) as per company benchmarks.
Documentation: Record details of customer inquiries, comments, and actions taken accurately in the system.

Requirements & Eligibility

Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above / Any Graduate can apply.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts (including night/weekend shifts as per process requirements).
Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing speed (for Chat/Blended roles), and active listening.
