Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

• Process orders, returns, refunds, and service requests

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution

• Achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software

• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude

• Team player with good time management skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• Freshers can apply

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field is an advantage
