Role Overview :
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO processes including International Voice, Chat Support, Non-Voice (Email/Chat), and Back Office Operations.
Eligibility Criteria :
Education: Graduate (mandatory for most roles)
(Undergraduates considered for selected processes)
Experience:
Freshers can apply (selected roles)
6 months – 1 year experience preferred
International process experience required for premium roles
Skills:
Excellent English communication
Typing speed: 25–35 WPM (for chat roles)
Customer handling & problem-solving skills

SVAR / Versant / Voice & Accent Round
Typing Test (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits :
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹38,000 (based on role & experience)
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Hike: Up to 30–40% on last salary
Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹2,500
