Document issues, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on app features and updates.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer support (mobile app/software).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Android/iOS platforms and troubleshooting.
Experience with CRM or ticketing tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy.
Experience in application support.
Familiarity with ERP or ticketing systems.
Knowledge of app testing and bug reporting.
Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.
