Magnum Group is looking for Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer calls and chat interactions while delivering high-quality customer service in the customer support industry. Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers

• Log customer interactions and maintain proper records

• Track follow-ups and ensure issue resolution

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work 6 days a week

• Shift Type: Day Shift
