Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team at Magnum Group. The role involves managing customer calls, delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns, and providing accurate information. Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Log customer interactions and maintain proper records
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
Escalate complex concerns to the relevant department when required
Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work 6 days a week during assigned shifts
Salary & Benefits
In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 + ₹1,000 (Performance Incentive)
Training Stipend: ₹7,500 (During 15 days training period)
