Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role
Magnum Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for our international project. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, deliver excellent service, and help resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Offer timely solutions to resolve customer issues.
Escalate complex problems to the relevant department when necessary.
Work closely with team members to ensure quick resolution of customer concerns.
Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduates / Undergraduates
Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Skills: Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 6 working days per week
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000
Additional Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 (based on performance)
